When I first smell it I get fruity, citrusy notes from the apricot skin, citrus splash, and I get a little of the coconut. Then I can sense the lavender, ambrette, and vanilla. Once it drys down I can smell the warm sandalwood, cashmere woods, and amber. I absolutely love this mix of notes and the order in which I experienced them. So perfect. I would wear this everywhere! The dry down is woodier and more unisex. It is a nice fragrance and I do like it. It is powdery also and personally I didn’t smell any lavender. The Afterglow perfume from Phlur seems to be lighter compared to all other scents they’ve been coming out with by far. When I first apply it on, I can barely smell any of the apricot jam or cashmere, just a lightly mixed sweet scent of something. But after drying down from five minutes or so, I can start to sense the vanilla and coconut milk in its formula. Such a lovely combo of scents as everything compliments pretty well together.
